How-to-do Expansive Morning Routine?

The Expansive Morning Routine consists in 3 easy steps: writing down your affirmations, gratitudes and the Expansive Morning Pages.

1. Choose 5 affirmations from the Affirmations list that most resonate with you. Read them carefully. Trust your intuition.

2. Expansive Weekly Sheet: Every morning when you wake up, write down the same 5 affirmations every day in the Expansive Weekly Sheet. Feel them growing inside you. Use them as expansive triggers during your day. Then write down the gratitudes, three things that you are grateful for. It can be anything!

3. The Expansive Morning Pages are three pages of stream-of-consciousness morning writing. Having set the mood of your day with the affirmations selected; write three pages, freely and with no restrictions. Anything that comes up, explore it by writing it down. All is good, no judgments towards your writing. The rule is no rules. Oh! And don't allow anyone to read them, they are just for you.
